A browser-based application that Best Buy in-store employees can use to deliver the best big-box store service on Earth.


Like my case study for Subaru Foundations, I can only show a few mockups of the application here (this product is not intended to be public-facing), but understand: CoreBlue is a hard-hitting application. I worked as an Interactive Designer on a small team to quickly design and build features into this product on a regular release schedule. Features. Edit-states. Error-states. Everything has to be thoughtfully considered. The goal of this application was to provide retail employees with all the tools they need to solve any conceivable customer dilemma. I only contributed design work to a few feature releases, but the depth and complexity of what Best Buy is doing with CoreBlue is beyond admirable.
